How to find the right products on VitaScientific.com:

We created three categories where products are sorted by different criteria:

Product types:  Products are sorted by the common types such as Antibodies, reagents, instruments, supplies…; A large product category may contain multi-level sub categories, for example, a tabletop micro centrifuge is listed under the Instruments & Equipment category, Centrifugation sub-category and Micro Centrifuge sub-sub category.
Applications:

Products are grouped by their application in various research subject/areas. For example, antibodies against oncogenes and mutants can be found under the Research Application category, Cancer Research sub-category.

Techniques: Products are sorted by their relevant research techniques, for example, control slides for IHC application are categorized under Research Techniques, Immunohistochemistry sub-category;

A product can be found from any one of those three product categories.  For example, a cell counter can be found under:

  • Product Catalog: Instruments & Equipment;
  • Research Applications: Cell Biology;
  • Research Technique: Cellular and Tissue Analysis;

At VitaScientific, our goal is to make the web site easy to use and full of useful product information, so that our customers will quickly find the right products.  Please let us know about your experience. We appreciate your feedback and suggestions.

Background Rab7 belongs to the Rab family of small GTPases. Rab7 is located in the late endosome, lysosome, cytoplasmic vesicle, phagosome and melanosome. It is involved in the late endocytic transport and contributes to the maturation of phagosomes. Tested Applications IP, IHC, IF Source Specie..
Anti-Active Rac-GTP Mouse Monoclonal Antibody, 30 µl (26903) Signal Transduction NewEast Biosciences NEBA10210
Background Small GTPases are a superfamily of cellular signaling regulators. Rac belongs to the Rho sub-family of GTPases that regulate cell motility, cell division, and gene transcription. GTP binding increases the activity of Rac, and the hydrolysis of GTP to GDP renders it inactive.Currently the..
Anti-Active Ral Mouse Monoclonal Antibody, 30 µl (26913) Signal Transduction NewEast Biosciences NEBA10220
Background The Ras- like small G proteins, RalA and RalB, are important components of Ras signaling pathways, implicated in the initiation and m aintenance of tumorigenic transformation, as well as vesicle transport, apoptosis, transcription, cell migration, and cell proliferation. Tested App..
Anti-Active Ran Mouse Monoclonal Antibody, 30 µl (26915) Signal Transduction NewEast Biosciences NEBA10221
Background Ran (Ras-related nuclear protein) is a member of the Ras-superfamily GTPases. Ran is invovled in the transport of proteins across the nuclear envelope, as well as in microtubule organization during mitosis. Tested Applications IP, IHC Source Species Mouse Species Reactivity Anti-ac..
Anti-Active Rap1 Mouse Monoclonal Antibody, 30 µl (26912) Signal Transduction NewEast Biosciences NEBA10219
Background Small GTPases are a superfamily of cellular signaling regulators. Rap family members (Rap1A, Rap1B, Rap2A, Rap2B, and Rap2C) are Ras-like GTPases that regulate cell proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis and adhesion mechanisms. Rap1 (Ras-proximate-1) regulates apoptosis through inter..
Anti-Active Ras Mouse Monoclonal Antibody, 30 µl (26909) Signal Transduction NewEast Biosciences NEBA10216
Background Small GTPases are a superfamily of cellular signaling regulators. Ras belongs to the Ras sub-family of GTPases that regulate cell proliferation, cell motility, and gene transcription. GTP binding increases the activity of Ras, and the hydrolysis of GTP to GDP renders it inactive. GTP hyd..
Anti-Active Rheb Mouse Monoclonal Antibody, 30 µl (26910) Signal Transduction NewEast Biosciences NEBA10217
Background Small GTPases are a superfamily of cellular signaling regulators. Rheb is a member of the Ras-superfamily GTPases. Rheb has been shown to interact with C-Raf, Mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR), TSC2, Ataxia telangiectasia mutated (ATM), KIAA1303 and Ataxia telangiectasia and Rad3 rela..
Anti-Active RhoA Mouse Monoclonal Antibody, 30 µl (26904) Signal Transduction NewEast Biosciences NEBA10211
Background Small GTPases are a superfamily of cellular signaling regulators. RhoA belongs to the Rho sub-family of GTPases. Rho proteins play critical roles in many actin cytoskeleton- dependent processes including platelet aggregation, cell motility, contraction, and cytokinesis. It regulates the ..
Anti-Active Sar1 Mouse Monoclonal Antibody, 30 µl (26916) Signal Transduction NewEast Biosciences NEBA10222
Background Small GTPases are a superfamily of cellular signaling regulators. Sar1 is a member of these small GTPases. Sar1 functions as a molecular switch to control protein–protein and protein–lipid interactions that direct vesicle budding from the ER. Tested Applications IP, IHC Source Sp..
Anti-AKT1 (E49K) Mouse Monoclonal Antibody, 100 µl (26137) Cancer Research NewEast Biosciences NEBA10170
Background AKT1 is one of 3 closely related serine/threonine-protein kinases (AKT1, AKT2 and AKT3) called the AKT kinases, which regulate many processes including metabolism, proliferation, cell survival, growth and angiogenesis. Its function is mediated through serine and/or threonine phosphorylat..
