During its development and validation process, DNA-In™ A549 Transfection Reagent underwent extensive testing in many primary and cultured cells. In a head-to-head comparison study, DNA-In A549 Reagent consistently outperformed Lipofectamine® 2000 and Lipofectamine® 3000 transfection reagents.
